SERVICES:
- Reception, swimming pool for adults and children with Whirlpool, private beach with reserved beach umbrellas and sun-loungers.
- The tourist facility offers the following service to be paid: coffee bar, self-service restaurant, “à la carte" and grill restaurant “Il Galeone Salvador” (closed in the evening in case of bad weather), where in the evening you can always enjoy delicious grilled meat and fish and drink the famous Bolgheri wines, small supermarket with newspapers and foodstuffs.
- Laundry room with coin washing machines and coin dryers.
- Wellness centre “Isola dei Pescatori” with Whirlpool, Turkish bath with chromotherapy, essence showers, massages, beauty treatments, hair stylist and large relax area facing the sea, surrounded by scents and colours of the sea dunes.
- Inside the park there is the outdoor pizzeria “La Pineta” (closed in the evening in case of bad weather).
Motor vehicles cannot circulate inside the tourist facility. Guests can park their cars in the parking area located at a distance of about 900 m and reach the tourist facility by shuttle service bus (available day and night) (*). The car park is private, unattended, partially covered and equipped with a fencing. On arrival guests have to park their cars in the parking area and make use of shuttle bus service also for the luggage transfer to the reception.
FLATS: the one-roomed, two-roomed and three-roomed flats are either on the ground floor or on the first/second floor and have a patio or a balcony. All rooms, furnished with love of details in modern sailor-like style, are equipped with telephone, satellite-TV, safe, fitted out cooking area, private bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
ONE-ROOMED FLAT 2: living-room with cooking area, double sofa bed with second retractable bed and bathroom. Space for a 3rd bed (camp bed) or for a cradle. No patio or balcony.
TWO-ROOMED FLAT 4: iving-room with cooking area, double sofa bed with second retractable bed, double room, bathroom and patio or balcony. Space for a 5th bed or for a cradle (or for both).
THREE-ROOMED FLAT 6: living-room with cooking area, double sofa bed with second retractable bed, double room, double room with bunk bed, bathroom and patio or balcony. Space for a 7th bed or for a cradle (or for both).

BEGINNING/END OF THE STAY: on SATURDAY between 5.00 and 8.00 p.m./on SATURDAY at 10.00 a.m. In the periods A and H the BEGINNING AND END OF THE STAY ARE BY CHOICE (minimum 3 nights).
COMPULSORY EXTRA CHARGES TO BE PAID ON THE PREMISES
- Flat-rate amount (compulsory over 2 years) of € 50,00 per person per week for the following services: water and power consumption, bed and bath linen, satellite-TV and telephone in the flat, not reserved parking space at the private car park, shuttle bus service from and to the car park, beach service with 1 beach umbrella + 2 sun-loungers in third/fourth row per living unit.
- Canado Card (compulsory over 2 years from 02/06 to 09/09): € 49 per person per week.
OPTIONAL EXTRA CHARGES TO BE PAID ON THE PREMISES

Use of the air-conditioning per week (optional): € 50 for One-Roomed Flats 2; € 60 for Two-Roomed Flats 4; € 70 for Three-Roomed Flats 6.

Cradle: € 35 per week (on request). No extra charge for the cradle taken by the guest (maximum 1 cradle per flat).

Additional bed: 10% extra charge on the rental amount.

Meal-Book (optional): € 140 until 23/06 and after 25/08; € 175 from 23/06 to 25/08; it includes 7 meals by choice at the restaurant “La Gorgona” and at the Pizzeria “ La Pineta”, beverages not included. Children from 2 to 10 years not turned have a 50% reduction. The reductions for children from 2 to 12 years are valid for meals at the restaurant “La Taverna dei Pirati”*. For the meals at the restaurant “ La Gorgona” there is an extra charge of € 49,00 per week.
NOTES
- Pets: not allowed.
- Mobile telephone network: weak.
- Meal-Book: the uneaten meals are not reimbursable and can't be deducted from the rental price.
- The reductions are not accumulable with other discounts or special conditions
