- La Hotel-Arrangement includes the room rental with buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, daily cleaning with change of linen (bath linen daily; bed linen every three days), beach service, shuttle bus service, animation, sporting activities and shows.
- La Residence-Arrangementincludes the flat rental, power/water/gas consumption, bed and bath linen with weekly change, satellite-TV and telephone in the flat, admission to swimming pool for adults and children, Whirlpool and children's playarea, use of gymnastic tools at the gym, not reserved parking space at the private car park, shuttle bus service from and to the car park, beach service and final cleaning (the cleaning of the cooking is at the guest's expense).

Which are your rules of cancellation?
A month's notice is required for the cancellations. The prepayment of 30% will be losed. In case of non-cancellation or non-arrival the customer will be debited with the whole amount of the stay. In case of bookings made by third party the full customer data are required.
